The Iowa Print Sports Writers Association and Iowa Football Coaches Association have announced selections for 2023 All-State Football and two Bears have been honored.

Logan Wright has earned his second 1st Team All-State selection as a defensive lineman. The senior was also named to the 1st Team as a defensive lineman in 2022. Wright lead the team in tackles for loss during the 2023 season, tallying 20 to go along with 2.5 sacks. The defensive lineman also had one interception which resulted in a touchdown.

Reese Trepanier has earned a spot on the 2nd Team as a linebacker. This is the senior's first All-State selection. Trepanier was second on the team in tackles during the 2023 season with 49.5. The co-team captain also tallied 4 tackles for loss and one sack.
