On Friday morning the Iowa High School Athletic Association announced and released the schedules for the 2023 and 2024 football seasons. All teams across the state now know when, where, and who they’ll be playing for the next two seasons.
The Bears will kickoff their 2023 season Friday, August 25 at 7pm by traveling to Williamsburg to play the Class 3A Raiders. Other non-district opponents to begin the season include Dike-New Hartford and Columbus Catholic.

- Sep. 1 vs Dike-New Hartford
- Sep. 8 at Columbus Catholic
- Sep. 15 vs Cascade
- Sep. 22 at Beckman
- Sep. 29 vs Regina
- Oct. 6 at Wilton
- Oct. 13 vs Durant
For 2024, the Bears will play the same opponents in the same order but with the locations flipped, starting August 30 at home against Williamsburg.
