TV/Streaming Guide for West Branch vs. Van Meter

How to watch the Bears' semifinal matchup against Van Meter this Friday.

With the win over MFL MarMac this past Friday night, the Bears are headed back to the UNI Dome for a semifinals matchup with Van Meter. The game is set to kickoff Friday at 10:00am from Cedar Falls.

If you're unable to cheer on the Bears in-person, the Iowa High School Sports Network is broadcasting the game on TV/cable as well as streaming online. The BearCast, unfortunately, will not be able to broadcast the game, so be sure to check out the broadcast from IHSSN.

Cable TV

The IHSSN has teamed up with TV providers in the area to air the game:

  • Mediacom: MC22 on channels 22, 722, and 822
  • South Slope: Channels 71 and 471
  • Liberty Communications/Skitter TV: Unknown (company has yet to respond to request for information)

Streaming

There are two ways to watch Friday's game via a free internet stream:

The Watch IHSSN app is available on iOS and Android, as well as TV streaming boxes such as Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Roku.

Video Replay

The West Branch Football YouTube channel will have a replay of the game available 24 hours after the game has ended, complete with color commentary from BearCast hosts Mike Quinlan and Jarod Tylee.
