Recap
Friday night, the Little Rose Bowl played host to the Bears' first round playoff game against the Pleasantville Trojans. The 7-2 District 5 runner-ups came into the game with a stout defense and a punishing, talented offense - something they put on display against the Bears.
The first half of the game was a chess match between each team as they traded possession after possession and scored a combined 17 points with Pleasantville leading 10-7 at the half. The second half was a different story for the Trojan offense, however, as they answered West Branch's every attempt to climb back into the game, busting off big play after big play that ultimately lead to their 32-13 victory.
The loss fro the Bears ends their 2017 season with a record of 9-1.
